Elva offers virtual visits via text message with one of our board certified physicians. The first step is to download our app and start a visit. Once you enter your medical information and provide photos, one of our derms will be touch!

Once you submit a complete visit, you’ll receive a meaningful response from one of licensed dermatologists within 24 hours. Many of our patients receive a treatment plan and next steps within a day.

For new patients, you must schedule a visit with one of our dermatologists. We offer refill services for our current patients.

Elva dermatologists can help navigate any facial skin, body skin, scalp, hair, or nails issues you are having. But we know that skin issues sometimes go deeper than the surface. Payments

Connect with a board-certified medical skin of color expert today for $59. Each visit comes with a treatment plan and allows you to chat directly with your provider. Your physician will call any necessary prescriptions in to your local pharmacy.

We do not currently accept insurance however, you may request a receipt to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Lab tests and prescriptions- if needed- may be covered by your existing insurance.
With your permission, we are happy to share you care plan and notes with your existing care team.

Yes! We accept FSA/HSA, and you may pay with your card directly or submit your receipt for reimbursement. Keep in mind, thought, that every plan is different, so it is best to check your plan’s guidelines first.
Extras

While most patient’s skin issues are treatable via our chat interface, your provider may determine that it is best for you to be seen by a dermatologist in office. If that is the case, your visit cost will be fully reimbursed. Your provider will help you locate a dermatologist in your area.

There is so much diversity in skin hues, diseases, and responses within each racial or ethnic group. For effective outcomes, it is imperative that you see a physician who is educated and skilled to treat your skin type.
